I work outside in New England and adding this over my fleece lined leggings has made a huge difference! I stay significantly warmer and if I get too warm I can easily slip it off without having to worry about finding a restroom. Great for hiking or walking in cold weather and is cute enough to wear to the store too. Seems to run true to size.
I am very happy with the quality for the money. I am 5"5' 120lbs and I got a med, probably could have gotten a small but the roominess is not cumbersome. I love how lightweight and comfortable it is. It was 10 degrees feels like 0 when I ran this morning and I was very comfortable.

My waist is 32" and my hips are 45", so it's hard to find bottoms that fit well. I got the 2XL. This skirt sits low, and it has a drawstring waist. I wear it over leggings in cold weather. It seems to stay in place pretty well while walking. The only drawback is that it has no pockets. It's very easy to access the pockets in my leggings, so I'm fine with that. It's a great deal for the price, since so many others are easily twice the price. They just didn't have a size for me. Oh, and I took off the silly little patch. The brand name on this one is a real head-scratcher.
